About

Hi, I’m Dr. Conner Bor

A Board-Certified Chiropractic Neurologist specializing in brain-based support for children with neurodevelopmental challenges such as autism, ADHD, and brain injuries.

I believe that every child, including yours, deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.

And that involves my slightly different approach to the traditional medical world.

Where other medical professionals ONLY focus on the symptoms, I start with the weaknesses in your child’s brain and body, and how their overall health contributes to their symptoms.

Most families I support see myself and the NeuroActive team face-to-face here in Phoenix, Arizona, while others embrace the convenience and accessibility of the Autism home program

Hello, my name is Greg Smith

OTR/L- Occupational Therapist
I am a Registered/Licensed Occupational Therapist with over three years of experience in the field and over eight years of experience working with children. Originally from New Jersey, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Biology from Rowan University in 2017 and I went on to complete a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy at Husson University in Bangor, Maine, graduating in 2021. After relocating to Arizona over two years ago, I have continued to build a strong career in pediatric therapy, specializing in a child-centered, goal based approach to help children reach their full potential.

With a passion for working with children, I have honed skills in various settings, including a variety of outpatient pediatric clinics and a private school for children with disabilities. I have developed expertise in addressing a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor challenges, working closely with children to enhance their independence and autonomy in occupations related to self care, social participation, play, leisure and academia. Through a client-centered, goal oriented therapy model, I utilize engaging, play based activities to promote growth, learning, and therapeutic progress in a way that feels fun and natural for kids.
I am committed to collaborating with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized care that supports each child's unique needs. With a deep understanding of both the challenges and rewards of pediatric occupational therapy, I strive to create a positive, empowering experience for every child and family I work with.

Hello, my name is Dr. Eli Solberg

I am a chiropractor with a focus in functional neurology and more than six years of experience working with children.

I have spent the past year studying and implementing functional neurology into treatment. Along the way, I have completed hundreds of hours of specialized training and continuing education through seminars and advanced coursework.

Originally from Minnesota, I attended both my undergraduate education and chiropractic degree in the state. Just two weeks after graduating from chiropractic school, I moved to Phoenix to begin my career at NeuroActive. Growing up participating in multiple sports, I developed an early appreciation for the importance of movement and the many benefits it can provide.

Throughout my time in practice, I have had the privilege of working with children facing a wide range of diagnoses and challenges, including developmental, motor, and sensory difficulties. I utilize a brain-based approach to care, with an emphasis on building confidence through practice, repetition, and opportunities for independence. I believe that creating a supportive environment where children feel successful is an important part of helping them reach their potential.

I am committed to working closely with each child and their entire care team to help create the best possible path toward greater independence and success. I understand that every child is unique, and the path toward autonomy will look different for each individual. My goal is to create an inclusive, encouraging environment where every child and family feels supported, valued, and empowered throughout their journey.

What Our Patient Say About Our Caring

"Dr. Bor is absolutely the best provider for children with any type of neurological deficits. Dr. Bor's efforts with my son have literally been amazing. We now know how intelligent and smart he is despite his neuro challenges. I truly believe without Dr. Bor's interventions, we would not know what our son is capable of."

"My toddler has done a couple of intensives with Dr. Bor and we’ve always been thrilled with the results. He meets her where she is and works with her based on her needs. She always accomplishes a lot through these. And, we as parents, love that we get home protocols to follow to maintain the work and results!"
